RAMCO is accepting applications to reserve a spot on the implementation schedule. The implementation schedule will determine the order associations and MLSs are launched on the RAMCO AMS.
The RAMCO AMS is only available to REALTOR® Associations and REALTOR®-owned MLSs. In addition to completing the Implementation Application, provided in PDF format, you must submit a non-refundable deposit equal to one half of your implementation package fees. Details on our implementation packages are available on the application as well as on the pricing page of www.ramcoams.com. Questions about the application should be submitted to RAMCO staff using the Contact Us form. We will make every effort to respond the same business day as your request.

Also available is the RAMCO Master Subscription Agreement. This document must be signed prior to your implementation but you do not need to submit it with your initial application.
