As a not-for-profit initiative, RAMCO operates with a small staff to keep our fellow AE customers’ costs as low as possible. That also means we don’t have the resources to craft detailed responses to individual Requests for Proposals. What we do have is a fairly comprehensive sample RFP response (see link below) with lots of details on the system’s specifications, requirements, features, etc.
We also regularly update the information on pricing, installation, training and policies and procedures as they are modified.
